When you call 911, you can help first responders before we even arrive.
If it’s safe to do so:
> Turn on your porch light at night
> Unlock your door
> Secure any pets
> Have someone wave us down and meet us outside
> Clear a path to the patient and share any important information with dispatch.
These simple steps help EMS, firefighters, and police find you faster and respond safely, so we can focus on what matters most. Thank you for helping us help you.
